diasble mac as an audio source for iphone??

osx 10.13.2

ios 11.2.1


When i start a phone conversation on my iphone, my MacBook Pro shows as an audio source (pls see the attached pic).

i am trying to disable this.

i tried many things but i cant remove my mac from becoming an audio source on my iphone.

i would appreciate any help/suggestions.

It is a feature that allows you to pick up calls on your Mac which also allows you to move a call from your phone to your Mac, which is what you are seeing.

To disable this go to FaceTime on your Mac, click FaceTime on the Menu Bar, click Preferences, then disable Calls from iPhone.

You can also disable this from your iPhone. Go to Settings, Phone, Calls on Other Devices, then disable that.
