How to get rid of icon with alarm clock on dock?

User uploaded file

See that Facebook icon with an alarm clock in my dock? That is appearing for no reason and worse: I can’t get rid of it. When I keep pressing it, the icons wiggle but this icon doesn’t have a cross so I could delete it from the dock. In Settings > Multitasking & Dock, I already switched of ‘Show Suggested Apps’. So why is it appearing all of a sudden? And how do I make it go away?

Contacted Apple Support: so this alarm clock badge indicates iOS11 has learned that I often open this app at a specific time of day and it can't be disabled. Everyone should give the feedback to make this feature disableable then, cause it's very annoying https://www.apple.com/feedback

That's what I meant by going to Settings > Multitasking & Dock. I already switched of 'show recommended and recent apps' long time ago. This Facebook icon with alarm clock badge has now started to appear and I can't get rid of it. Dragging it out of the dock doesn't work: it merely moves the Facebook app icon from where it originally was to the location I would now drag it onto.
