How to sync music from chromebook to ipod touch?
I have an hp chromebook G5 and i was wondering if theres an app to sync my music from files to ipod nano 7th generation?.

No. Not anything that's supported anyway. iTunes requires Windows or macOS.
I seem to recall back in the days before the iPhone, there was a Linux project called xTunes that would allow you to sync music to iPods from Linux based pc's (which is what a chromebook is). No idea if it died on the vine or may still exist. Try asking around some of the Linux forums.
