Its not true. Its a scam. Download Malwarebytes for Mac just to make sure you don't have any malware, but just exit the browser. You don't have a "virus".
You can try downloading/running Malwarebytes as described in the previous reply.
However, best would be to reinstall MacOS by restore data from a backup made before you downloaded/installed the font app.
Yes, it is very likely that the fond app contained malware. You did install it.
How did you receive this notification?
The Zeus virus is a trojan that is only capable of infecting Windows PC.
NOT SCAM = VIRUS
2 days ago, download a font, out pops "Bonus.dmg" 8 MB which runs and does not install any font, or anything. But it runs. Immediately, cannot sign-in to anything Apple. Then my Desktop gets weird. Icons were there, but double-click puts black squares over 'icons'. Drag select erases icons. Some icons still open things, but spooked so I Trash them. You think, eh? NOT! Open apps and erased icons re-materialize as erasable pics all over my desktop. Now what was one icon is dozens all somehow moving and erasing together. Sometimes they open app shadow widows on their own but just more mirages. Basically, AppleCare can't access any attempts to collect data, that. situation rapidly deteriorating into I can't access anything. Pull ethernet and power plugs, Installer stick in the dark, new OS looking good again. We have the ACCD zip external, time to disprove sky is up and dirt is down. Because no, its really just a scam, NOT.
READ VIRUS = VIRUS
You can re-Install macOS today without changing any User data, and without deleting any user-Installed Applications.
It will also not remove the malware you were tricked into Installing, because that is something YOU installed, and Apple respects your right to have what you want on your computer.
Yeah ;-( watch my little mac-farm kids romping round... why's that do that? We adapt!
MalwareBytes and Mac, eh. Jason's dev three (3) years now, two (2) years more than Vega.
2018/12.4... count those days ~((2))~ ...when push comes to shove, MAC's wall is impressive, just remember...
( malwarebytes.org when will it be built-in )
Encrypt... macOS install time 12.6/13.2 cut in half... iCloud desk and docs... do we care?

I certainly hope that anyone reading this tread in the future realizes you are totally overreaction to an easily controllable situation. That they read the posts below that are a much more sane reaction instead of the one you espousing.
Oh! Forget to mention... Fontlab also cannot register and suddenly mysteriously registered itself.
Like I said above, 700 million of us. Simply the joy of ... computing!
(apparently our measures thus far are not enough, faith)
What I would love to see is OS unstable, Apple auto-reinstalls without touching user data.
5 years ago, a dream. Today, inevitable.
Nope. Bearing in mind how clueless most users are, you'd need a better test than "suspects".
Plus, what you suggest is a bit like demolishing the house because of a cracked tile in the bathroom.
IMPORTANT! Anyone who suspects they have 'malware' issues resulting in app and/or system corruption should IMMEDIATELY perform a complete System Reset on all impacted devices.
To perform a complete System Reset, Shut Down then Restart holding Option-Command-R, until restart displays Spinning Globe with a progress bar. On the Apple Utilities screen run Disk Utility and Erase your boot disk at least three (3) times before installing macOS. If you have Carbon Copy or similar Utility, perform a 7-pass Erase. Reinstall macOS. The Malware is gone. If you accidentally saved and reintroduce the 'malware', say using a USB stick, perform complete System Reset again. Note that 7-pass erase is Industry Standard Security required by organizations such as FBI, Los Angeles Municipal Library, and others. Apple Genius Bar can perform 7-pass Erase when requested. 7-pass Erase takes about 10 hours. To learn about Apple and 7-pass Erase, start here: site:apple.com "7-pass erase" -communities. Disk Utility performs 7-pass Erase, click Erase then Security Options.
Tip: to entice Spinning Globe on a reluctant Mac Pro, safely switch off power to your environment during Shut Down.
Tip: if you can keep it clean... an USB macOS installer is a fast alternative to Spinning Globe installations.
Tip: never take chances because you and 700 million other peoples' lives depend in some way on functional connected digital devices...
There is generally no reason to overwrite your data, even once, unless the drive is leaving your control, or you need the controller to substitute spares for bad Blocks.
We already have MacOS System Files locked down with System Integrity Protection. This allows Malware to be contained and removed if you keep your wits about you.
Your response above is a complete over-reaction to a controllable situation, and verging on hysteria.
My reaction? No. Well, you tell that to the Apple Engineering Team working on why I can't login to Apple. Everyone loves to know the Earth is flat, Sky's down, explains the dirt in my ears. Meanwhile, I am building an External Kali Linux Forensic to implement something moer useful, PERHAPS ((hope)) so far Kali also cannot login to itself lol ?LVMencrypt or someone does not like Apple, Mr Eckert?
Well that will allow other readers to evaluate your other posts I think.
