why is my Iphone 6 useless?

ok, so i have an iphone 6. it's 2 years old. i do not have any issues with the battery life but recently it got super slow. the camera opens in more than 5-10 seconds, some apps freeze for 10-15 seconds and messages can freeze for ever. my screen turns upside down and does not want to come back for 10-20 seconds. i tried everything - to reset the settings, i cleaned my iphone and restored it, i erased everything but it still is SLOW!!

i've heard about apple slowing down older devices and even called my customer support here in poland but hey! poland is like second category for Apple as the only response i got was "try emailing Apple directly' whatever the **** that means! my phone is useless and the issue with batteries and a "lower price" battery replacement limits only to the US and UK. what can i do about this issue?

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.1

what does a "restore as new" mean?

There is no restore as new. There is "restore to factory" which loads a new copy of the iODS.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

After the above restore, you should "Set up as new" which means none of your historical data is on the devcie. It is a troubleshooting step. If the issues you are having go away, it proves something in your historical data is causing the issue.

If the issue remains, it means a possible hardware issue, as all other variables have been eliminated.

i use my iphone for business purposes and have tons of messages and other stuff that i simply cannot delete. as far as i know, setting up a new iphone means "erase all personal stuff you have on your device"...

i did as follows:

1. i backed up my device in itunes

2. i cleaned my iphone completely

3. i uploaded my files and profile using itunes on my clean iphone with an option "restore from itunes backup"

it worked for 2 days and gradually became useless again
