Gmail Push Notifications Not Working

Using the latest version of iOS (11.2.1) on an iPhone 7, I have two Gmail accounts configured and Gmail push notifications work fine on one, but not the other. On the account which isn't working, "Push" isn't an option under account settings....only "Fetch", which seems odd. Push notifications are now supposed to work with Gmail in iOS, so why does iOS selectively choose which Gmail account works with push?

@ProustGiulio. That's the problem..."Fetch" is already set for "Automatically", but "Push" is available only on one of the Gmail accounts and not the other. The other account still says "Fetch" and the only options are "Fetch" and "Manual" for that account. Whereas, the account that works with push has a third option "Push" displayed.
