iphone 6s has an error code

I've had the phone since Black Friday. Last night it had an update and during the update the connect to itunes came on the screen. so i plugged it up to my laptop and i click on update iphone then it tells me that an error occured and wont update. I pushed the home button & power button & now i just have the apple on the screen & it wont do anything. Any suggestions on what to do...
