In my country Apple didn’t open an official Apple Store, but we have a few places that got from Apple the title of Apple Service Provider.
I would like to know if the parts they are using are original?
Current part I really need to replace is the battery.
Yes, Apple Authorized repair centers using genuine OEM parts the same as Apple itself
Beware though that ALL Apple Authorized Service centers will be listed here by country: https://locate.apple.com/
If a shop is NOT listed there, they are not Apple Authorized, no matter what they advertise or tell you.

Yes.
Coverage does not affect whether the store is authorized or not.
