Drums in GarageBand not sounding right

So, I've recently been trying to upload some of the songs I've made on GarageBand to iTunes, and part of that process is moving the songs from my phone to my MacBook Air so that I can convert the files and whatnot. Anyway, some of the songs that I've transferred aren't downloading all the files for some reason. I'm noticing that it's mainly the drum tracks that just aren't sounding right. I have the most recent macOS for my computer, and GarageBand is fully up to date, so I don't think there's a problem there.

My hypothesis is that the iOS GarageBand recently added the Sound Library (where you can download a few more instruments, sounds, and loops), and none of the items in the Library are currently compatible with the macOS version of GarageBand. If this is the case, Apple, what in the world are you doing? Have YOUR app work and share the same information across ALL of the products you offer, and not make different versions of apps for different products!

If anyone else is experiencing this, and/or has found a way to fix this, please let me know! I'd like to resolve this ASAP.

Thank you!

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
