iPhone X wireless charging

I have a Belkin QI Wireless Charger. When the phone is in charging state the led indicator keeps blinking on it and when the phone is 100% charged it still keeps blinking. Is that normal?

Hi

Yes

Iphone will charge to about 85% then trickel charge to 100% to help battery.
