Bluetooth icon in Audio MIDI Setup (AMS) has disappeared

I've just upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.2 and can't install all my bluetooth MIDI devices which I normally setup by going to Audio MIDI devices.

I can't seem to find my devices nor the icon. However, I'm able to see them under Bluetooth settings but they are unable to connect.

How can this be fixed? Or has the setup changed?

I've uploaded a picture showing this.

Thanks in advance!User uploaded file

I'm not sure if it will help, but I had the same issue.

I've just realized that there was a '32-bit' MIDI driver inside

/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers/

folder, that was preventing the bluetooth working correctly.

It was a very old USB MIDI driver.

I removed it from the folder, and then after rebooting the computer,

The bluetooth icon in the Audio MIDI Setup window has showed up again.

Hope it helps.

Sincerely,

Yugo
