1. Battery may need to be replaced.

2. Reset SMC. Choose the method for β€œIf the battery is non-removable”.

Dear dominic23,

Thank you once again for your support.

The error of the battery is quite old (about 3 years) and I dn't know why; I am quite happy with the battery performance even now; I mean that the error of the battery was here before installing the High Sierra and the computer performance was quite good.

I have done all the other points (2,3,4) and only a little bit of improvement. Etre check still shows a performance "bellow average" and the system is still slow.
