I bought used iMac,2017.the pre-owner erased her data without reinstalling macOS. after turning on the device, I tried to reinstall it by pressing Command+ R then choosing reinstall macOS, but every time it says(macOs cannot be installed on your computer)

Please Help

Try booting into Internet Recovery (command - option/alt - R on a restart). It is a slow process. This will install the OS that the computer shipped with. You can then try to upgrade from there.
