initialization error

Since upgrading to Mac OS High Sierra i get the following error message when i try to open previously installed program MY Family Tree heritage. The message reads as follows: initialization error. Crossover is unable to initialize a critical component. Failed to import cxutils module into Python. How /what do I need to do to get this fixed?
