IPhone Notes keep duplicating
How do I fix iPhone Notes from duplicating?

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you have duplicate notes on your iPhone. This can be caused if you have multiple internet accounts added to the iPhone. For example, if you have a note in one account and that same note in another account or locally saved to the iPhone it will show up again. One thing to check would be the settings to see if Notes are enabled on multiple accounts.

Note: Notes on iCloud.com uses only the notes stored in iCloud, not the notes in other accounts you may have, such as a Yahoo! or Google account. However, on your iOS devices and your Mac, you can set up Notes to use iCloud and other accounts.
You can use iCloud to update your notes across all of your devices. To set up Notes with iCloud, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Notes. If you're using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iCloud. You’ll see your notes on all of your Apple devices that you’re signed in to with the same Apple ID.
