Unknown error occured apple id/icloud

So I just updated to ios 11 and its asking for my password but everytime I put it in that pops up (whats shown in the picture). People have said log out but when i try to log out it wont work. Help?

Edit- forgot to add but my appstore suddendly doesnt work after the update it says “ cannot connect to App Store”
