Buy apple care in Colombia

Hi. I bought a Macbook Pro 15" with Touch Bar 10 months ago. I want to buy Apple Care, but, the Apple Premium Resellers here told me that it isn't impossible. How can I buy the extended warranty?

Would be possible buy from Amazon or similar and activate?

The rules were changed: you must buy Applecare within 60 days of purchase of the device. So, your question is mute: do not know if you can buy it in other countries, but you are too late anyway.
