What if is says ON do you reset your phone?

iPhone 5c, iOS 11.2.1

If it says ON and you know your restrictions passcode, you tap Settings > General > Restrictions and enter the passcode. You can then change restrictions or disable them.


If you don't know the restrictions passcode, see the following from Use parental controls on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If you forget your Restrictions passcode, you need to erase your device, then set it up as a new device to remove the Restrictions passcode. Restoring your device using a backup won't remove the Restrictions passcode.
