how to contact apple support without calling? cant sign into apple id after ios 11 update and account is locked. I dont know security questions or email

im having issues with my iphone 6. I recently updated my iphone 6 to the latest ios update, i belive its ios11.2.1 or something. After doing so, i was not able to sign back into my apple id or icloud after multiple attempts. Eventually i decided to just back up my phone on itunes and then do a factory reset and try to log in that way. That didnt work either, i wasnt able to finish setting up my phone due to it not logging in. I can go to settings and at the top it says sign into your iphone and under that it says set up icloud, the app store and more. I go into that and sign in with my apple id and password and then it says signing into icloud... with the little wheel thing spinning as if it were just loading but then it never signs in and just takes me back to settings every time i attempt to log in. This has been going on for two days and i still havent been sucessful. I almost wish i never updated my phone but i needed to because it was having too many issues due to it not being updated. I looked around the internet to find a solution to my issue and found that many people had this problem and some of them had it caused by having another apple id they used before. So i tried to put in my old apple id from a couple years ago and then instead of it trying to sign it it said "Apple ID Locked, your apple id has been locked for security reasons, to unlock it you must verify your identity" there were two options, unlock account or cancel so i tapped unlock account and the unlock options were unlock by email or answer security questions. I no longer have access to the email associated with that account and when i tried to answer the security questions it just asked for my birthday. I put in my birthday but it said it was incorrect and doesnt match the security information on file. This doesn't make much sense to me. I tried to contact apple support and did a live chat over the computer and i was told that apple security were the only people that were going to be able to help me with this issue. My problem with that though is i do not have any access to a phone and can not make or recieve phone calls at the moment for a while. I want to be able to resolve this issue but i will not be able to get in contact with apple security support over the phone for maybe a couple days and its already been about 3 days since i havent been able to log into my apple id on my phone to at least be able to use my imessage or facetime calling. My phone bill isnt payed for at the moment so i had been using my iPhone with my WiFi connection until i updated it to the latest ios 11.2 update which made it so that i can not log into my account. I am still not eve sure if the reason my iphone wont sign in is due to my old apple id or just an issue caused by the update. I set up my iphone 6 when i bought it with my newer apple id so it shouldn't be an issue. I am able to sign into that apple id with no problem on my old ipod that i know for sure was set up with the old apple id that is now locked and on my itunes account on my PC. my iphone 6 is the newest apple device i have and from what i remember it was set up with my newer apple id. The old apple id and icloud log in was last used maybe in 2013 and after that i switched to my newer apple id. What can i do to fix these two issues. Is one caused by the other or are these two seperate issues that i have to take care of? can i solve either one without making a phone call to apple or them making a phone call to me, since i do not have any phone service right now and wont have it back for a while? I was hoping to have this issue solved before i return for spring semester of school in a week or 2.
