Alphanumeric passcode
I have an alpha numerical passcode,but my phone only allows a numeric passcode. How do I change it to alpha numeric?

If an Alphanumeric passcode has been set, the alpha keyboard will be displayed. If you're getting the numeric keypad, you do not have an alpha passcode set.
Are you trying to figure out how to set the alpha passcode, or do you not know what the passcode is?
You may want to raise the issue with your IT department or helpdesk.
