Locked Out Of My Account

Recently i was trying to update my iphone and it failed, i got the message to go to go here

[support.apple.com/iphone/restore]

so i tried but when i went to login i forgot my password and ended up

getting my account locked, so i tried to reset my password but the reset thing needs a text from

my phone or the trusted phone number but at the time i was setting all this stuff up i ended up

setting my phone number as the trusted number and now i can't sigh in.

I need my apple account unlocked and password reset for my other account if possible.

Apple ID - "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons” alert appears

Apple ID is locked or disabled

If necessary, there is a contact link.
