Text Message Error

I am facing a problem for more than a week. Whenever I want to send a text message to anyone, it does not show me any error and the person does not receive it. Is anyone facing the same problem. I reset the phone. I insert the sim on the other phones. The problem is same..

I complained. Nothing gonna fix that.

Anyone please help me?

Whenever I want to restore my I phone Itunes gives so many errors and The restore suddenly stops. Error 3194 and when I fix it . It shows error 3004. What can I do? These problems comes when I upgrades my windows from 8.1 to 10. Windows 10 has problems with itunes which are fixed by recent updates. But how I can do safe and secure restore?
