Edit workout time

How do I edit total time of a completed workout in Activities on my iWatch or on the phone app if I forgot to turn the workout off until much later than the workout was completed?

I was trying to figure this out recently myself, and I don't believe you can edit a workout once it's complete and recorded in the Activity app. You can delete a workout by going to the Workouts tab in Activity and swiping left on a particular workout. You can also manually add workouts through the Health app, but that sort of defeats the purpose of using the watch in the first place.

Not the easiest thing to do, but I know you can go into the Health app on your iPhone and delete minutes... Go to Health Data, Activity, Exercise Minutes, Show All Data - There you can delete each minute you were not doing your workout. It's not easy, it's a pain, but unless someone else has a better way 🙂

I just did it today! I was in the pool 70 minutes. NOT 2 1/2 hours lol.
