Apple ID from another phone

I recently had to reboot my phone, but it wouldn't let me enter in my own Apple ID so I used my mom's. Now our phones are connected, I can see all of her texts, and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried creating a new ID and logging in with that, but it hasn't worked. Do you know how to fix this problem?
