Proxy-Server?

Is there a way to enter a proxy-server-configuration within the APN settings? Or where else can I set up a proxy-server for mobile data connection (not for WLAN)?

I read this before, of course, but that does not explain what to do, where can I enter the proxy-server-settings for cellular data? At least I cannot see it. An MMS-proxy is something different, that is not what we need.

Hi edg-adm,

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you want to edit your APN on your iPhone. I would recommend you read this article, it explains where to make the changes.

Yes, I want to edit the APN settings, but I need to configure a proxy-server for 'Cellular Data', but there are no fields for that. How can I manage this? Where can I tell the iPhone X (iOS 11.2.1) and an iPad Air 2 (iOS 11.2.5) to use a proxy server for all internet connections or for Cellular Data as it is called in your instructions screenshot (not for MMS below)?
