iPhone X Bluetooth connection issues

I recently got an iPhone X and the Bluetooth connection works for a while (10-20min) but then what is playing becomes static. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and reconnect with the same issue. Any help?

Hi

On Bluetooth settings forget this device and then pair again.

Go to i books download ios 11 user guide &iPhone X guide both are free.

Hi Heringha,

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you are able to establish a Bluetooth connection but after a while, you lose the connection. This can be caused if there is wireless interference. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.
