Hi Jjcvan,
This is a pretty normal thing to encounter while browsing the internet. Don't be worried when this happens as it can not affect/damage your iPhone in any way. To block these from happening, go to Settings > Safari. From here turn turn "Block Pop-Up windows", "Do Not Track", and "Fraudulent Website Warning" on . This should fix your problem.
Thanks for the advice. How do you do this on an iPhone?
I have just edited the post. I accidentally thought I was in the Mac category. 😁
I have Block Pop-Ups checked, and I don’t understand why I still get them?
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced. Turn "JavaScript" off.
I have all of these already checked. Any other ideas?
Is the "JavaScript" toggle on?
Why do I have pop up spams on some websites?
