Macbook Pro Retina 13" burnt pins in charging port

Hello! The two ending pins in the charging port of my MacBook Pro Retina 13" and the ones in the charger are burnt, and the computer won't charge. I tried cleaning it with a cotton swab and alcohol and with a toothbrush, but I still have the same problem. I am outside the US so I can't bring it to an Apple Store. Is there something I can do to fix it?
