card expires in the end of the month, but still available!

I have a new phone 8 plus and trying to download apps but I can’t downlaod none as apple stops me saying that my card will expire soon. My bank will replace my card just in the end of the month, and have any other credit or debit cards on my name. I called the technical service and they were unable to help me at all. Can someone tell me what can I do? I cant neither add “none” as payment information as it tells me I have pending bills but It’s not true, I have any pending bills ( the Apple supporter also confirmed it). I have a new iPhone 8 Plus, but unable to enjoy it...
