Question

My iMac (2012) is having some issues such as programs crashing and then a beachball spinning for a long time.The programs that crash are Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop as well as Mariner Software&#x27;s MacGourmet. Uninstall Intego software as per the developer&#x27;s instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called "cleaning" apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac&#x27;s own built-in software. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.

Thanks, but I am concerned about the state of the hard drive.
