Safari reading list won’t on 2010 MacBook Air with2GB of Memory
Since updating to High Sierra(10.13.2) Offline reading on Safari won’t work. I have a 2010 MacBook air with 2Gb of memory. Processor- 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Since updating to High Sierra(10.13.2) Offline reading on Safari won’t work. I have a 2010 MacBook air with 2Gb of memory. Processor- 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

High Sierra by itself with no user applications, Time Machine, or Spotlight indexing running — takes more than 2GB of RAM on my 2011 Mac mini. Until you update your RAM, you will not have sufficient memory to effectively run the operating system and user applications. Every window and/or tab that you open in the browser demands more memory that you don't have.
It may simply be a lack of memory. 2GB for High Sierra is the bare minimum.
Just to add, you can't upgrade the memory on your MBA. It's soldered on.
