Moving Photoshop Elements to new Mac

I just got a new Mac and migrated everything from my older one. However, Photoshop Elements won't open . . . just wants me to do a 30 day trial. I bought Photo Elements for iMac and have my serial no. and order no. Adobe's help section not a help. How do I get PE13 back and running?
