How do I recover deleted text messages?

It is not possible to recover deleted text messages from your Apple Watch.
The messages in question may still be available on your paired iPhone, as deleting messages on your Apple Watch does not also delete them from the iPhone.
If you make regular backups, you may otherwise be able to recover your deleted messages by restoring your iPhone from a backup:

Note that new content on your iPhone since the date of the backup would be lost.
