If lost or stolen Iwatch can Apple replace it?

Neither Apple's Limited Warranty nor AppleCare+ provides for a replacement Apple Watch in the event that yours is lost or stolen.

another insurance policy may allow replacement under those circumstances, but Apple does not.

I would also recommend changing your iCloud password, so if anyone has the device they can't get into it if they somehow know your password.

If you do not end up finding your watch you should report it to local authorities in case of theft. You will need to provide a serial number to your local authorities. Find your device serial number.
