my mac is getting heat fast

my mac is getting heat faster and the fan run fast with sound

that's happen - when I open any medium~big game

is that normal ? , because I open these big games in windows devices with no issue

It is not unusual with power hungry games. But to be on the safe side, counld you complete and publish an etrecheck report so we can review your machine. It is safe to do this.
