The volume “/“ is out of space

Hey,


i have a 2017 iPad and was trying to download a document in files app.


getting the error in title. Went to storage and have over 10gb left free. Anyone know a fix for this?

iPad (5th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.1

Ok so I seen the same error code and assumed because I still had lots of cloud space that it was an issue with the amount of files that have been downloaded and viewed. Of course they don't tell you how much space is used just to view files and iCloud Drive doesn't have an UPLOAD button for files that have already been downloaded. Basically you have to wait for the file to magically put itself back in the cloud (seems to take a long while) .......So to fix this by going into your iCloud settings and turning off iCloud Drive and instantly turning it back on all your files will basically reset as if they were never viewed.User uploaded file
