Hey, I have a very small Phillips TV that you can't change the aspect ratio on. And i can't see everything on my apple TV (4th Generation). Is there a way i can't change the aspect ratio on the apple tv?

Hi. You can use any of the choices in Settings > Video and Audio > Resolution. Beyond that, you cannot change the aspect ratio like you can on a TV. And you cannot adjust the overscan either, if that was what you meant. Sorry. Maybe you should consider a TV upgrade.
What (model) TV are you using?
If it's a non-HD TV there would be no guarantee with functionality if not using HDMI and you would also be unable to view protected content (i.e. iTunes, Netflix)
If that is the case then I would agree that a new TV is your best option if you wish to use this device.
