International credit card usage

Background

I have an international credit card from of the channel islands in the UK that is for USD charges. I have used this card on the US store previously for everything and I have since changed my address to Trinidad and Tobago. When I changed my store to Trinidad and Tobago I could no longer register the card even though the billing address for it is my Trinidad address. I currently use a local credit card but this is billed in USD not TTD and there is a shortage of USD in this country hence the reason I would prefer to use my USD card which come out of my offshore account.

How do I get to use my card again?
