how do i transfer my outlook contacts to my icloud?

Hi All,

I have been moving from outlook to icloud. But I have a few thousand contacts I need to move from outlook to icloud. I see apple does not really accept CSV files.

So is there an easy way to get all these as vcards to a usb drive then import to icloud?

Any help would be great.
