iTunes Purchase Pending for 1 Week

Hello! I just recently switched my payment method to a Visa debit card. I purchased an album, but after 1 week, have not received a bill, and money has not been taken out of my account. When I check my purchase history, the album just says "pending". I got the music though, so that all worked fine. The longest I heard this taking was 3 days, but figured that switching my payment method is what caused the delay. But I am just wondering, has it taken this long for any of you, or is this something I should inquire with Apple's support? Thank you.
