My mac doesn't have an admin account. How to get it back?

When trying to change the name of my admin account, I accidentally change it from "Admin" to "standard" mode, which means my mac (OS high sierra) does not have an admin account. I try to reboot the system using single mode but so far nothing changes. 😟

I cannot change any setting on my Mac and really need help!!!
