Messanger is a 3rd party app. Re-download it from the app store. It is not possible to delete the native "Messages" app.
There isn’t an option in the App Store for the iMessager??? I still get text but the button isn’t on my wall??
If you are still getting them the app is somewhere on your iPhone. Place your finger in the middle of the screen and slide down to reveal Spotlight and type in Message in the search window.
