Thanks. However I bought them online, and I redeemed them but never used them, (thankfully a friend turned me on to Spotify and Android). I am trying to send them to my nephew but when I do it says enter pin. Apple un-redeemed them.
Yes. I bought the cards in September. That's when I got the email confirmation.
Then yesterday I contacted Apple support, and they saw that I never used them so they
un-redeemed them. I redeemed them in the first place because I thought I could buy books, or something that I would use. Basically I thought they were like any other gift card- except the fact I couldn't do anything with them. I set up an account, Apple Id and all. Then find out they are worthless unless I have an Apple product.

If you have redeemed them but never used the credits, they still should be available in your account.
How are you sending the credits to your nephew? The card cannot be redeemed twice.
Yes. They were. Apple
un-redeemed them.
My question is what is the "pin"?
The email confirmation gave me the card number. I don't know what the "pin" number is?
If I understand correctly, you contacted Apple and they told you they un-redeem the gift card?
The email confirmation was sent after you bought the card or after Apple un-redeemed the card?
So I guess you have to give your nephew the same code you used to redeem the card the first time.
