Where in Lithuania can I change my battery for 30$?

Hi, after updating my iPhone 6s on ios 11.2 my battery started discharging faster. Where in Lithunia can I change my battery for 30$? Because we don't have an Apple store in Lithuania, we have only iDream and iDeal stores. Thank you.
