how to open my locked iphone using itunes

My iPhone (6S) was locked after my little kid enter the wrong pass code too many times...

Now my iphone won't open and in the lock screen it written "The iphone is locked, connect to itunes"

When I tried to connect it to the PC (Windows 10 PC), itunes failed to connect to it and an error message pop up "itunes could not connect to this iphone. an unknown error occurred (0xE8000015).

it looks like a dead lock - the iphone won't open until it connected to itune but itunes failed to connect...

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but it looks that it’s not the case.

When I connect the iPhone to the PC the iTunes asks me ״do you want to allow this computer to access information on iPhone?”

Usually when I click continue an applicable confirmation message appears on my iPhone and iTunes can access it.

Now, since my iPhone is locked this confirmation message does not appears on my iPhone and there is no “trust” between the PC and the iPhone.

So, again I’m trapped... the iPhone is locked and can’t establish a trust relationship with iTunes resulting in the mentioned error message (iTunes couldn’t connected... ...unknown error occurred 0xE8000015)
