How to order powerful MacBook Pro 13'' i7 ???

I would like ask how can I order a better one macBookPro 13'' in apple store HKG ?

Working in Europe currently and applestore HKG does not allow the possibility (online store) of ordering or ability to configure following parameters :

3.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 4.0GHz, with 64MB of eDRAM
16GB of 2133MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory
1TB PCIe-based onboard SSD

(Dear Apple support please update price / time and availability?)

delivery or pick up directly at Apple store HKG. will back HKG January 17

In the online Hong Kong Apple Shop for Mac

Select the 3.1 GHz MacBook Pro model, then click the blue select button

In the customise MacBook Pro page that appears, select the 3.5 GHz option:
