Unable to install certain iOS native apps after restoring new iPhone

Hello,

My iPhone SE had a screen problem and after sending it to repair, the carrier gave me a new one. After multiple attempts to restore from iCloud or iTunes, I get the same persistent error:

“Unable to install *app*. Please try again later.”

This only affects specific native iOS apps: Music, Weather, Reminders, Calculator, Contacts, Voice Memos and Notes. All other apps, including app store apps, are working fine.

Deleting and installing from App Store yields the same error.

On some of my restoring attempts, a white cloud icon appears next to the app name, as if the app had been offleaded. The apps do now show up in the installed apps list when managing storage.

Running iOS 11.2.5 on iPhone SE.

This is a very frustrating issue so I appreciate any help.
