How do I log into Apple Music on new phone with previous subscription?

On my previous phone (6s Plus), I had a student subscription to Apple Music. On my new phone (iPhone X) I am trying to login to get my subscription that I've had and it wants me to make a new subscription. How do I skip that and log into my Apple Music on my new iPhone with my subscription I had on my previous iPhone?

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.1

It should all be tied to your apple id, but if you go to the Settings>Music>Home Sharing at the bottom you can sign into another account.

You need to log in with the same Apple Id you used on the old phone to the iTunes & App Stores, and to iCloud, for the subscription to carry over.

Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID

Settings->Accounts(top of settings). (Scroll down to the bottom to Sign out, if you are signed in to another Apple ID there)

Home Sharing has nothing to do with the Apple Music subscription, at all.
