Pages Table Cell Margins -Any Way to Set?

Does Apple provide any way to set the margins for within a table cell. So the text or digits will be .02 in., for example, to the edge of the cell, the line?

Mac mini, iOS 10.1.1

In Pages v6.3.1, click twice in a cell to make it active, and type an arbitrary character. This will be your temporary offset guide. In the Text tab's Layout tab (see below), you want Text Inset. It will be in points, not decimal. If you force 0.2 in within this cell, it will instantly change to 14 pt and your cell character will reflect that change.

In Pages '09, you want the Text Inspector, where the Inset Margin adjustment is on the Text tab. If you enter 0.2 in within this adjustment, it will ignore you.
