Audio Unit Plug-ins Missing

I have tried everything to get the audio units plugins that supposedly come with Logic Pro X. I've searched all over the plugins manager menu, nothing there. Tried all of that. I tried updating the OS, reinstalled logic, to no avail. It seems like the audio units plugins (such as soundtoys, for example) never existed on my computer to begin with. when I go to the audio units menu, it only shows the apple ones. then when I go to the plugin manager, it only shows the apple ones, akai ones (came with my akai midi keyboard), and logic ones, which are just the normal software instruments. Is there a way for me to just download all these plug-ins that were supposed to come with logic?

Audio Plugins come in three basic forms: effects, MIDI controllable effects and instruments. You cannot insert instruments in effect slots, you cannot insert effects (except the MIDI controlled ones) into instruments slots. If you are missing your 3rd party plugins (such as Soundtoys) and you are missing Logic plugins, you are not looking in the right place(s). Logic has dozens, no, scores of built-in plugins that are inside the application, so they cannot be missing. They just cannot. Not. Can't. Not possible

3rd party plugins should be placed in the library/audio/plugins/components folder, or the users/'you'/library/audio/plugins/components folder, Put 'm anywhere else, they won't show up.
